The User expressly agrees that using the website (The Website) is at user’s sole risk and neither the Promoters, affiliates nor any of our employees, agents warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from using this website, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through us. The User specifically acknowledges that The Website is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.

Neither The Website, nor its affiliates, information providers or content providers warrant or guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of this information. Additionally, there are no warranties as to the results obtained from the use of the information and The Website shall not be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.

Terms & Conditions of Tour Packages

 Customers are requested to thoroughly check their confirmed tour package, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, services provided and terms and conditions which may vary in different tour packages.

 All Customers must have a valid ID and Travel Document. We will not be responsible if proper ID/travel documents are not available and you are denied entry by concerned service provider.

Package Cost, reservation and operational issues

 Single passenger, (without family) will share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis (Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have another single person, then to take the single supplement with an additional cost.

 Tour tariff is Ex-Agatti Airport and customers can ask for our additional services such as onward and return flight tickets, top up packages to other destinations.

 If there is a revision in either package or fare while processing the transaction, the Customer will be notified and on approval the booking shall be proceeded with.

 Reservation should be made through Email or WhatsApp message clearly stating the services required.

Changes to holiday packages, hotel bookings, cruise bookings

 Any changes made to the itinerary are restricted as well as subject to the booking/cancellation rules. We do not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for any bookings or reservations made or confirmed in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer’s request.
 All travelers on a single booking record must travel on the same itinerary.
 Name changes are not permitted and reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination upon completion.


 Customers shall make payment as per the payment schedule including advance. The full package amount should be paid prior to commencing the tour.
 Mode of Payment : Bank Transfer preferred. Credit Card/Debit – if feasible and permitted.

Cancellation Policy

 In case of Cancellation of the tour, the cancellation policy for respective tour package shall apply. Request for cancellation has to be given in writing (preferably E-mail), which will be acknowledged by mail. This message does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
 Upon receipt of the cancellation request we will work with the suppliers’ such as hotels and cruises and we may notify the customer the supplier decision. As we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the refunds, once the refund has been received in our bank account, it shall be transferred to customer’s bank account and a confirmation to this effect shall be mailed to the customer.
 This refund process may take 60-90 days from receipt of cancellation request.
 Cancellation by Suppliers: In the event that a Travel Supplier is canceling a portion of the tour package, we will, at the Customer’s request, try to make alternative arrangements. However, we will not be responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier and/or for the reimbursement of amount paid by the customer (and/or any incidental or consequential or other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by third parties.
 Every booking made is subject to the cancellation policies of respective airlines, hotels and transport operators. As per the airline policy, some fares are non refundable.


The shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the customer or any person travelling with him or her for : any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused. Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the Customer or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. We are not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies.
The Website,, is not responsible for any circumstances which are beyond their control such as issuance of permits, delay/rescheduling or cancellation of flights/ship/boat, accidents, natural calamities, war, strikes or any similar unforeseen incidents or restrictions due to any civil/law and order situations. Hence we are not liable to meet any expenses thereof. At the same time, all possible assistance shall be provided from their side to overcome the situation.

The Tour packages are designed (to the extent applicable in each case) by clubbing air tickets, ship/boat, transportation, accommodation, site visits, water sports activities, restaurants, etc. If any of the relevant service providers met with an issue, other service providers wouldn’t get linked with the same issue. For example, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines, all other booked services such as accommodation, transportation, meals, etc will be still confirmed and their cancellation/ amendment charges shall apply if not used as booked. Amount deposited by the Customer with us will be refunded in full if the tour program (in case of conducted tours) is cancelled by us in any unavoidable circumstances. We would not undertake any liability or loss incurred to the Customer due to the cancellation other than the refund of deposited amount.
Any disputes arising in respect of the tour package shall be subject to the jurisdiction Court in Ernakulam, Kerala.
